On April 26, 2024, to celebrate the 113th International Nurses' Day, our hospital held the finals of the Venous Treatment Specialist Nursing and Wound Incision Incontinence Nursing Knowledge Competition to further improve nursing services. The competition judges are Wang Shi, the chairman of the labor union, Tang Zuxia, the director of the outpatient department, Shi Daihong, the leader of the intravenous infusion treatment management group, Luo Hongli, the leader of the wound stoma management group, and Li Tangfei, the deputy leader of the intravenous infusion treatment management group.

This event includes three parts: individual mandatory questions, group quiz questions, and case analysis questions. It adopts a points system and after intense competition among 59 preliminary contestants, 18 contestants successfully advanced to the finals. 18 finalists will be randomly divided into 6 groups, and the final winners will be the first prize group, the second prize group, and the third prize group. During the knowledge competition, each group of contestants fully demonstrated a positive and collaborative spirit.

This event actively responds to the national "Action Plan for Further Improving Nursing Services", continues to deepen the connotation of high-quality nursing services, further enhances the nursing staff's ability to care for venous treatment and wound stoma incontinence, strengthens the construction of our nursing specialty team, and promotes the high-quality and high-level development of our nursing work.
